In this quarter’s report, we focus on the topic of reporting. 

We were recently approved for the third year as accredited signatories of the Financial Reporting Council’s UK Stewardship Code and published our first report under the recommendations of the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). 

We outline why TCFD reporting is important and how we have aligned ourselves with requirements from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. The report also contains the usual selection of voting and engagement examples, including an ongoing active engagement with US retail company Kroger.
